Primary Responsibility:

To create customized travel experiences by designing detailed itineraries that align with clients’ preferences, budgets, and travel goals. The Travel Designer is responsible for researching destinations, coordinating bookings, and providing expert advice to ensure a seamless and memorable journey for each client.

Job Specification:

▸ Understand clients’ travel needs, preferences, and budgets through consultations.

▸ Design tailor-made travel itineraries, including accommodations, flights, transfers, and activities.

▸ Research destinations, experiences, and current travel trends to provide expert recommendations.

▸ Coordinate and book all travel components with accuracy and attention to detail.

▸ Ensure all documentation (visas, tickets, insurance, etc.) is accurate and delivered on time.

▸ Maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, hotels, and local partners.

▸ Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the trip.

▸ Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, or emergencies professionally.

▸ Stay updated with travel advisories, COVID-19 protocols, and international regulations.

▸ Follow company policies and strive to meet sales and service targets.
